Updating your personal details with Fitness Fuel is very straightforward and easy to do via your My Account page.
Once you’ve logged into your account, your account dashboard will appear. Here you will be able to see all of your personal details including your log in & security, address book and payment options. Should you wish to change any of your personal information, select the details you want to update, from there, simply follow the on screen instructions to amend your information and click save.

So you have been lucky enough earn your self some discount, congratulations. Simply fill up your basket with as many of our premium healthy meal packages as you wish, then head to Cart page.
Here you will see the full details of your order and will be able to select your pick-up date, time and location.
Near the bottom of this page to the left, you will see a box titled Coupon Code. Simply enter your Coupon Code in this field and select Apply Coupon.
We accept all major Visa, MasterCard and American Express Credit and Debit Cards via our secure PayPal payment gateway.
If your order is On Hold it will most likely be due to the payment not being authorised by your bank or building society when processing through our Paypal Gateway.
We will have sent you an email advising that your payment failed and that you should check your card details as Paypal will attempt to take payment within the following 24 hours.

Once your order has been processed you will receive an e-mail with the details of your pick-up location and full tracking details of your meals journey.
You can also track this yourself, by entering your Order Number and order Email Address into our Track Order page.
Your meals will be made in Leeds City Centre, in our Fitness Fuel Kitchen and HQ. Our expert chefs will be passionately cooking your meals using fresh ingredients.
You decide every last detail! Our menus are full of variety, designed by our nutritional experts and prepared by our trained chefs. You can change your meal selection as often as you wish.
All our meals will be supplied frozen to maintain freshness & quality. All meals are provided with storage and heating instructions for your convenience located on the meal packaging.
Frozen meals can be kept for up to 8 weeks. Your meals will then last for up to 4 days if refrigerated.
Any allergens are highlighted on the website. If there is an allergen that is not listed just send us a message and we’ll let you know if we can adjust a meal to suit you.
Yes, it varies dish to dish, however for optimum taste we’d recommend that you heat rice dishes before eating.
Your meals will arrive in microwavable plastic containers, which are recyclable. The containers are leak proof and designed for storing food. They will arrive wrapped in our branded sleeves with all the information you require to consume the meals.
