Vegan Split Pea Dahl with Brown Rice, Green Beans & Garden Peas
Our first Afghan inspired Vegan dish packs a variety of high quality protein and flavours from the middle east. This one pot dish is slowly cooked to ensure all of it’s flavours are absorbed into the yellow split peas to give this curry a light, warm and creamy taste. Served on wholegrain rice this classic dish is garnished with fresh red onion, coriander.
